Brad was awesome at the front desk. I met one of the owners also who was also very nice. The repair was done right on time and reasonable, especially compared to the dealer. Good experience and I will be back.

My BMW required replacement of a number of suspension components due to rust and required a wheel alignment. Babbitt completed the work in a very timely manner for a fair price. The staff were very professional and great to deal with. Alignment and suspension issues were resolved and the car drives like new. I will definitely use Babbitt in the future for my car repairs and maintenance!

The entire process was painless and easy! The team over there was very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Jen and Danny were great! I’ll be back with any other services I may need in the future.

Had a great experience. Was greeted immediately upon arrival- by owner Jennifer, and experienced great timely and efficient service through the repair.

First time at your facility..had a great experience. They know their stuff and were fast. Fixed my engine problem.. replaced a rear window in two days. BMW'S are not cheap to keep especially a 23 year old one but you get what you pay for and their work was at a fair price. The rest of the universe is not so fair. On the way to emissions (which it now passed) got a flat tire. Plugged it and continued on my way. I will be back for one more remaining issue and will use them in the future.

Great BMW repair shop! Daniel was very helpful. I needed a rental car because the service was going to take more than one day and he helped me with that. With respect to fixing my car they did a great job. My BMW X5 needed a totally new suspension. They were so much less than any dealership. The car drives better than I ever remember. Highly recommend this shop
