The rear airbags went out on my 2015 X5 and I was urgently looking for a place to get it taken care of. I remember Babbitt being recommended a while ago and after seeing the reviews, it seemed like an obvious decision. Dave was super helpful. They were very transparent, professional, set expectations correctly, and did a wonderful job. They also looked over the entire car and helped to make sure we are in a good spot when leaving. They even washed it so it was nice and clean when picking it up! Incredibly happy I found a spot to care for our cars!

I visited Babbitt Motor Werks twice for diagnostic work on my 340i, and both experiences were excellent. Jen and Cameron were friendly, accommodating, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The technicians are clearly knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and address my concerns efficiently both times. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and service provided. Overall, I highly recommend Babbitt Motor Werks and will definitely be returning for any future service needs.
