Fantastic customer service! I was pleased to find a reputable repair shop for my 2016 Cooper. I tend to keep my cars for many years, and now I can thanks to Babbitt. I needed all 4 struts and shocks, and they were able to get it done despite some serious logistical challenges from Mini Parts. The car drives like new, and I will definitely be returning for any other service I need.

I had a great experience at Babbit motor works. I had my breaks and rotors replaced on my M440i. Priced better than dealer and other shops. Jennifer was great, she gave me multiple options and explained the differences. They also helped with installing my new exhaust tips! Mechanic was in front office and was very friendly and helped explained the work and process being done today.
