Babbit Motor Werks has service several of our vehicles at the Tempe location, since 2013. They are consistently reliable, efficient, friendly and fair in their serviced pricing. Kameron and Jenn are so dependable and very accommodating to work with. They did a fabulous job troubleshooting a mysterious fuel odor issue. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Easily one of the best BMW shops in the US. Had to take my BMW in for a variety of different repairs and I was able to get an accurate picture of what the issues are, what needs to be done, and what it would cost. Babbitt's uses all high quality parts and is very transparent in what it will cost and what goes in (and also super reasonable on cost overall). Brad is super knowledgeable on these cars and doesn't try to pressure or up sell which is so appreciated. I can safely say this will be my regular shop for any complicated work I need done and even some of the routine stuff.

Update: We had another repair completed on a new issue. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t say enough that I feel like we found a one in a million repair shop. Danny and the incredible team at Babbitt have given us confidence in a car that I was ready to scrap. They complete repairs quickly, communicate better than any mechanic I’ve ever used, and I am able to trust what they tell me because my X5 is running without issues. Original Review: Babbitt Motor Werks is what I wish all mechanic shops were. I brought our X5 in after purchasing it as a used vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealer. We went through weeks of the dealership telling us they had done a complete check and the car passed their rigorous safety check. Within 24 hrs, we experienced issues. After weeks of dealing with that, we took the X5 to Babbitt and Danny was incredible. He diagnosed all the issues within a couple hours. Once I asked him to complete the repairs late on a Friday, I had a call Monday morning saying it was complete. Danny gave me a full breakdown of everything and told me what was crucial and what could wait. I was in full control of what was repaired, and I haven’t experienced that in a very long time. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for the quality of their service. I haven’t seen this level of service in YEARS and will definitely go back to them for any service needs on our BMW.
