American guys doing German efficiency with competence, cheer, and precision. A great experience. No complimentary Strudel though. Maybe add some complimentary strudel and a sliced bratwurst tray with saur kraut and Bavarian pickles. If there was an OKTOBERFEST party constantly happening at reception, then you could wait for your car while enjoying life.
