My daughters 2018 BMW was repaired by Babbit Motor Werks and we highly recommend and trust their services. I live out of state and my daughter recently moved to the Phoenix area and her car was in need of serious repair! My daughter has a baby and safety is very important to our family especially on the busy Phoenix freeways.Babbitt motors got us in touch with an excellent tow truck driver, did the complete repairs at an amazing savings, and treated us like family! We will only use their services while in the Phoenix area! Thank you Babbitt Motor Werks! Bennett family

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
