Obviously wasn’t thrilled that I had to take my BMW to get worked on as we all know what type of bill to expect to pay. However, I was glad I took it to Babbitt. Cameron was the one I worked with throughout the process and he was great. He was very straight forward about what I needed to get done right away and even made recommendations on what to start with first to try and diagnose the issue without having to fix everything at once. In the end I did elect to have everything fixed. In a world where we as consumers have many options to go to for services, customer retention is important. I can say that Babbitt made me comfortable, they earned my trust, and my car runs like it did when I first bought it. Hopefully I never have any major issues with my car in the future, but if I do because of the experience I had I will be bringing it to Babbitt. Thank you Cameron and the techs that worked on my car. Thank you to the ownership team for everything you guys did to help. I can honestly say you guys took a stressful situation and turned it into a comfortable one and I assume in your line of work sometimes isn’t always easy.
