We've been long time customers with Babbitt and plan to keep coming back. What I value about Babbitt and specifically Brad is they evaluate and give you options. At times it's a fix now situation other times it's a let's keep an eye on it situation. As a customer that speaks value to me. In other words, Babbitt has never come across as just being in it for the money.
Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and transparent pricing. Will definitely use again!
First time to “not the dealer” for my Mini. Great customer service and communication! I will certainly be back.
I’ve always had a top notch experience bringing my car here! Professional, prompt, skilled & friendly service, all at a great price.
Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review, Kristen!

Very professional. Effectively debugged an electrical problem avoiding the purchase of a highly expensive battery. Thank you.

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
