This was my 2nd service with Babbitt since I purchased my first BMW about 2 years ago. Both times Babbitt was timely, honest, friendly and extremely fair in cost compared to some other big name mechanics. I am so relieved to have found my long term mechanic home for my vehicle. Not only did they have great reviews, it was a substantial savings over the dealer estimate, with a better warranty. The shop was thorough and vehicle was done by the date promised. The employees were a joy to work with. They kept me informed thru the entire process and were extremely friendly and personable. I will definitely use Babbitt again, and highly recommend them!
