They once told me my e23 was to old to work on. It only needed service I wasn't able to do at home. My restoration project was belittled that day I soon sold my old girl and bought a newer project. I'll never return here the owner is arrogant and she pretends that other specialist shops don't exist like Mike's motor works in the area, I spoke to Mike about it he said they do that often; send classics over to him yet she acted as she didn't know this saying something like " I don't know who that is " I do some side jobs here in there old bimmers usually, I tell my customers to service thier dinosaurs elsewhere these people won't and if you have something special they'll try to buy it from you instead of helping in anyway they are sharks

Took my BMW for routine service (2018 540i - maintenance not covered by BMW anymore). This is my 4th BMW and all have been serviced by Babbitt. Nathan, Jen and Cameron always provide the best customer service and more importantly honesty. You feel comfortable dropping you car off and know they won’t up charge you.

Taken both my R56 + R60 to Babbitt. After the amazing experience I’ve had I will never take my car anywhere else. They actually diagnose and find the most reasonable repair instead of the whole guessing game a lot of shops do where you end up spending thousands more for a simple fix which I truly appreciate. Thank you to the whole crew down there. Although, I never want to go to the shop, I’m happy to know I’m bringing my car to the right one!

If they can’t do something, which is rare, they will refer out to another company that is just as reputable and treats you like family.I don’t take my 2011 Z4 Sdrive 35is anywhere else! I highly recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW that is out of warranty and needs service!
