I've been using Babbitt for as long as I can remember. The quality of work, professionalism, and pricing better than the dealer keeps me coming back. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. In fact, when we were buying our last car, it was between BMW and a couple of other European makes... and knowing who would service the car after the fact weighed heavily on our decision to purchase another BMW.
