Babbitt Motor Werks is excellent. They do a wonderful job taking care of my 2005 BMW 545i. Brad is great and always keeps me informed about what my car needs, what needs to be done now and what could possibly wait if I am a little short on money. He also suggest repairs that should be done together to save on labor costs later. He keeps me informed at each step of the repair process. I trust Babbitt Motor Werks.

Jen and her team are the best!!! Been going to her for years now and anytime I have an issue with my bmw they’ve taken such great care of my car. I’ve never felt taken advantage of here, they’re very transparent and fair with their prices. Overall I can’t recommend this shop enough especially to my girls intimidated by going into the mechanics.

Danny at Babbitt was able to get my 2016 X3 in right away and was incredibly fast on the repair and service. Knocked out a water pump and thermostat in no time and was extremely easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and he took the time to walk me through exactly how they knew it was the water pump causing the overheating. I will absolutley be coming back to Babbitt Motor Werks for my BMWs since these guys were on top of it!

Great service and reasonable price

Found this company through Google maps and chose them based on the number of five star reviews. And I wasn’t let down! My breaks were squeaking so I took my BMW into Babbit to get them diagnosed. Brad was super helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. I dropped off my car in the morning and by lunch time they had a diagnosis. I agreed with what needed to be done and moved forward with the work. I picked my car up later that afternoon. Again Brad very helpful with answering my questions for future repairs. This is my first time owning a BMW and this is the only shop I will be using going forward. It’s close to home and the cost to replace the rotors, break pads, battery, and break fluid flush was very reasonable. I’m very happy with the work. Highly recommend if you own a BMW.

I trust this team for anything BMW related. They give me real feedback and don’t try to upsell me on services like they do at the dealer. They tell me what really needs attention and why. They get their parts directly from the dealer as well. Excellent quality for a fraction of what you’ll pay if you go to BMW. Plus they are friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars from me.
