Babbitt is exceptional. The manager, Brad, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I have a 2013 328 with 93K miles. I've been taking my car to Babbitt for the past 4 years. They have never tried to up sell me. In four years, I have spent a whopping $650. Without hesitation, I would recommend Babbitt to anyone who owns a BMW. In fact, I trust this shop so much, next time I buy a car, I plan on buying one with higher miles. Having this shop perform routine repairs is significantly cheaper than the amount of money I'd lose on depreciation with buying new at the dealership. Thanks Brad and Babbitt!
