Wanted to establish my M 550i with a good BMW "primary care physician" and went to Babbitt based on their reviews. My experience was exactly what most of the reviews stated. Some of the nicest guys I've run across in a while. The shop is clean as well as their lobby. They explain everything and will even draw pictures if you need them to so you understand exactly what you're paying for. Trust and integrity is a huge thing when you're shelling out bucks on something you know little about. Babbitt will be my BMW primary care physicians from here on out.

Best shop in town, absolute must for any BMW owner. Been a customer for ten years and three different BMWs. Refuse to take my car anywhere but a Babbitt shop. Thanks, guys!

Babbit is my BMW X5’s new Primary care doctor. I’ve found with bmw it’s either go to the dealer & pay outrageous prices or roll the dice. Babbit was as thorough (if not more) than the dealer & I will be using them as my primary auto shop. Loved the results, thank you Jen, Jeff & Cameron!

I've been using Babbitt as my go to mechanics since 2016. They have always treated me fairly and honestly. If you have a BMW I highly recommend you use Babbitt!

Babbitt corrected A/C issues that confused even the excellent dealer service department instead of replacing expensive subsystems. They found and offered a battery upgrade after having already already ordered and receiving the standard start-stop replacement part, offering me the option to wait an hour to get a 20% higher capacity one for the same price. They are competent, honest and seem to always look out for my best interest rather than jumping to an immediate repair.

My experience was great. Jen was really the only contact I had but she followed up and went above and beyond to make my service a great experience. I live in Buckeye and Babbitt determined I needed new tires, Babbitt made a good recommendation of a local tire shop, actually drove my 2004 M3 to the tire place, coordinated my car service with the installation of new tires. It would have taken hours for me to go back and forth to move the car from shop to shop.

Superior workmanship. Invaluable advice both before and after service. 45 days since repair and no problems. This is my new shop!
