I had a wonderful experience with Babbitt Motor Werks. It was by far the best car repair experience I have ever had. They are honest and compassionate about their clients!

Brad is extremely professional and they only do needed work and their prices are far less than dealer. Have never had a bad experience in over 4 years Only wish we had discovered them sooner.

When you come to this shop, they treat you like family. They are honest about what needs to be done to your car, Without adding a bunch of extra fluff. Always honest and upfront pricing with no hidden cost her extra fees added at the end. The best shop I’ve ever taken my car to.

I can rely on Babbitt to give me a reasonable estimate and top quality service. They won’t push extra services on you. I have been taking my bmw’s to them for over 12 years. Highly recommended.

Being new to the area and needing service for my BMW, I reached out to social media and BABBIT kept coming up as very highly recommend. This shop in particular as I believe Brad was a major factor. And of course everything was perfect! I would highly recommend them!

I‘ve been taking my cars to the South Scottsdale location since 2013. They are consistent and have never let me down. Their prices are much cheaper than the dealers, and the work is superior. They do a great job of explaining everything, and with only doing what needs to be done at the time. I’ve dealt with Cameron or Jen for the past several years, and they are both great to deal with. Only positives to say about this company. Just wish they’d open a location in East Mesa or Gilbert.

Second experience there and just as great as the 1st one. Brad is very helpful in explaining potential issues with wear on some components (it this case he discussed the wear on the control arm bushings) that they inspected on a simple oil change. Same as last time, very thorough and will definitely continue to bring my car there.

Wanted to establish my M 550i with a good BMW "primary care physician" and went to Babbitt based on their reviews. My experience was exactly what most of the reviews stated. Some of the nicest guys I've run across in a while. The shop is clean as well as their lobby. They explain everything and will even draw pictures if you need them to so you understand exactly what you're paying for. Trust and integrity is a huge thing when you're shelling out bucks on something you know little about. Babbitt will be my BMW primary care physicians from here on out.

Best shop in town, absolute must for any BMW owner. Been a customer for ten years and three different BMWs. Refuse to take my car anywhere but a Babbitt shop. Thanks, guys!
