We use this business all the time for our Z3. This time we told them to tell us if anything needed done to let us know since it is 20 yrs old and want to stay on top of the mechanics. They checked it out and said we needed nothing. Didn't try to take advantage. When the oil change was done they promptly called to let us to come pick it up. Been a customer for 10 years. Trust them to keep our cars running
