I first took my 2016 Mini (fairly low miles) to Babbitt' North Scottsdale location in January for an old change -service for that was amazing! Come end of March I had the check engine light come on, and in making an appointment discovered there was a location much closer to me in North Tempe/South Scottsdale, thanks to Jen owner extraordinary... I feel that I was given honest information, again by Jen, given the issue was related to emissions and could be any number of things. I loved the way the information was related and feel great about the steps taken and part replaced! This type of service is what keeps people coming back, myself included!
