Babbitt is outstanding! Taking you vehicle to a shop can be nerve wracking because you’re worried about being ripped off or the repair not being done right. One trip to Babbitt and that worry will go away. When I first brought my MINI to Babbitt I requested all the fluids be replaced and an alignment be done. After looking the car over they brought me back and showed me a couple things I had requested be done that didn’t need to be done. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. How honest is that?! I won’t take my MINI anywhere else, period.

I've actually been using Babbitt for about 3 years at 3 different locations. I'm not exactly sure what they do to encourage a great customer experience but in all 3 locations the guy who assisted me was wonderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable, in the recent visit Kameron returned my call when I first called to get a quote as promised and he arranged a way for me to pick it up when they were closed. Not only did he leave me a voicemail when it was ready, along with the pick up details, but he texted me too, just to make sure I received the critical information because they had changed. That was exceptional customer service, most would have left it at the voicemail. They're prices have always been more competitive than the BMW dealer, even though they are a certified BMW service center... then add on their great customer service, I don't know why anyone with a BMW would go anywhere else?! I highly recommend them!

I had my first experience with Babbitt Motor today as was very impressed! Danny was super friendly and helpful, they got my BMW looked after very quickly and a tech helped me with my blue tooth connection and was just great! I will look forward to using their services in the months to come and would highly recommend them!

Babbitt Motor Wërks is the most elite in professional service when it comes to the top care of your BMW! If your as much of an enthusiast as I am, when it comes to the BMW Sigil - then it would be most wise to join the Babbitt Family, indeed.

I have used Babbitt for a previous BMW that I owned and was always happy with the service so when my new BMW warranty was up - I took it there again to see what needed to be done. I was so surprised and happy to learn that the only thing needed was a Brake Flush which was a big relief $$. I feel that they are so honest and have the best Customer Service!!
