First time there, all went well. A mechanic talked with me about the car when I picked it up, which was really helpful.

My car had a whole list of issues that needed to be replaced, N54 problems... I was a little bit sketched out going to a new shop I have never been to before in the beginning. Brad at the front counter was amazing, helpful and had a great sense of humor! I had to take my car in twice for repairs in a span of a week and half, $7500+ later. The 2nd to last visit there was an issue right out of the gate, picking up my car and Babbitt with their great customer service checked the vehicle and fixed the issue free of charge. I highly recommend Babbitt to work on your BMW. Great customer service, proper and quality work, a two year warranty on any part replaced. Go to Babbitt, that’s all I have to say!
