Great customer service and professional BMW techs. I'd definitely recommend this shop for Bimmer newbies like me. Getting a quote for my upcoming services was a breeze and definitely satisfied with the service. Once you drop by, you will be talking to a friend and not just someone who wants your money. I have been using Babbitt motor werks for a long time as I can trust the work they do. Brad at the front desk is super. He gives you a call detailing all the things that need to be done on your car and things that do not need to be done immediately. He reminds the customer when the car is ready to pick up. If you own a BMW and out of warranty, this is THE PLACE to get your services done at a very reasonable cost.

These guys are the best in business with their knowledge, customer service and skills in repairing BMWs. Cameron and the crew at the North Tempe location are fantastic! They take care of the problems, fix them right and are great. Repairing/servicing a BMW is never cheap, but these guys offer very economical prices compared to a dealership.
