Took my 2012 335i to Babbitt for the first time recently for a couple significant repairs. The overall experience (cost, quality, communication, and timing), was positive. Small shop with people that seem to have taken great pride in servicing my car.

Only place we trust to take care of our BMW! Great prices, trustworthy mechanics and always done when they promise it! They even washed it for us! Its a far drive from Queen creek but worth the drive for this shop!

I took my 2000 BMW 323i Here on Thursday may 24th and they had a back to me Friday morning today at 10:00 a.m. I was really surprised at how fast they fixed my car, He said they only work on BMW's there and have OEM parts readily available which is a huge plus, Brad, the man I dealt with was perfect. He didn't pressure me, got my BMW running, and let me know of some other things he could've fixed while they had the car opened up, which would've saved me lots on labor fees. All $ all, I couldn't have asked for any more from Babbit, and even tho I don't give out 5 stars often, Brad and the guys at Babbitt earned it! Thx guys!

First time coming here. Front desk was very friendly. I was in and out within the hour. Comparing prices online they are priced very well. Will be back

I don't work for Babbitt and not affiliated in any way. I just wanted to share that we had a great experience and others need to know... Babbitt did am awesome repair on my BMW X3 half shaft. We had a very good experience. They were very straight forward, honest, conducted the repair correctly, and returned my vehicle in a highly serviceable condition. She drives like a dream again! I like taking my BMW to Babbitt because they treat our car like their own, use high quality OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts which I am a big fan of and also saved my wife and I money versus dealer excessive high prices. They specialize in BMW repair and the mechanics at Babbitt are BMW certified and trained technicians so, you know they are using all the special tools, electronic scanners most of us enthusiasts and home mechanics only dream of having. Repair seemed to be conducted with pride and our BMW was clean when we picked her up. They also have a Master Mechanic on site, kinda like the lead surgeon. Good stuff going on here at Babbitt... I've taken my car to a couple other private non BMW repair shops who claim to work on BMWs. Babbitt by far surpassed any private shop I've taken my car to for a quality repair including a couple BMW dealers to be frank. We will be back babbitt when I'm looking for that tool I don't have in my tool chest. You guys are awesome! Only 3 people touch my car: me, Babbitt, and BMW Dealer. Babbitt is my first and only choice outside my own garage unless I'm out of state. Keep up the great work guys!

Danny is always very professional, clear in describing what service is needed, and fair with pricing. Zac is a very knowledgeable & efficient mechanic. I would highly recommend their shop for any BMW or MINI sevice!
