Very thorough, considering my car was brought in for an oil change...they checked the wear on the timing chain tensioner, checked hoses and belts and returned my car cleaner than it's been in a while. Will definitely bring my car back to this shop.

Babbitt Motor Werks has been my go to for nearly five years now. No matter how busy Brad at the front desk is, whether he is answering phones, greeting arriving customers, processing payment for departing customers and everything in between, he is jovial, genuine, and efficient. He relays the good, the bad, and the ugly in a way even this non mechanically inclined human can understand. I have found these folks to be fair in their pricing and honest in their diagnoses of my aging Z3. Mechanical work has been performed in a thorough and consistent manner and I have never had to return for something to be "re-fixed". I rarely give five star reviews. Babbit Motor Werks deserves more than 5.

Very reliable and lower cost than dealer repair. They were able to diagnose and fix a long standing AC problem in my ‘02 330i that AC specialty shops could not. Have had numerous repairs done at Babbitt and service is always top notch.

I’ve been taking my vehicles there for the past 6 to 7 years. Staff is very courteous and professional. Details of all the work to be done is given to customers prior to completion.Work is always completed on time. Cost of work is usually 25 to 30% below dealer pricing. I have recommended several friends who have been very satisfied as well. Will continue to recommend Babbitt Motor Werks.

I have a 2002 Z3 with 122k miles. I have been babying it since I bought it in 2006. I have been taking my car to Babbitt's since they've been in Mesa. I highly trust their mechanics for any maintenance and car issues. Eric (back then) and now Danny have excellent customer service and personable. Plus, their quote is always spot on and reasonable. Highly recommend Babbitt's.

Babbitt Motor Werks was recommended to me by a friend. I scheduled an appointment because I was acquiring a pre-owned vehicle and wanted to get it checked out. They checked it out, and gave me a complete overview of everything you would want to know about a car. As it turns out, my research paid off and I had a good car on my hands. They gave me the thumbs up and recommended moving forward with my purchase. I was so confident in their review of the car, that I asked them to go ahead and complete my 1st oil change and filter.
