I’ve been to have my BMW serviced, repaired, or modded at all 3 locations, and every location has the very best customer service and technicians to help you with your every BMW need. Danny is a fantastic Shop Manager and constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my car, the cost, and what other services/repairs needed to be done. My car runs better than new because of the mods they have installed. I wanted to go single turbo on my N54 engine, and Zac made that happen! Zac is a genius!!! Literally a genius! I can pick his brain about any BMW topic and he’ll give me a knowledgeable answer! He literally teaches me about my BMW and the proper care for it! As mentioned previously, he built my single turbo N54, and now I have a rocket of a car! He was completely detailed in all of his work and made sure the tasks were completed exactly as they should have been. I have a powerhouse of a BMW that is extremely reliable because Zac built it that way with his dedication to the customer. I’m extremely pleased with Babbitt Motor Werks and their entire crew! They are the very best of people and the very best in servicing and repairing your BMW/Mini. No one will ever touch my BMWs unless it’s a technician from Babbitt Motor Werks!

The team at the N. Hayden location are phenomenal, we are a BMW family and with a couple of out of their extended warranty, the only people who I trust is Danny and his team at Babbitt Motor Werks. I have found they do a lot of small things that make a huge difference, unlike the bigger names in the valley.

Saved over $100 on my battery replacement over the BMW dealer, so that was nice. And from the friendly and professional first call to make my appointment, to the fast, friendly and professional service visit, very happy. Two thumbs up.

Kameron and the team at Babbitt are excellent to work with. They not only are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but they also give you all the information needed in detail so that you can make an informed decision. They do not upsell or bully you into repairs that you don't need. They also make it extremely easy to go through warranty companies!

I took my F30 in for an oil change and brake fluid flush and waited for it in the lobby. They were ready to work on it at the appointment time and worked quickly and cleanly. Looking the work over at home I have no reason to doubt the work wasn't completed correctly and I noticed they even fixed my sagging under body panel without even bringing it up. I even had the parts diagram in my pocket ready to discuss the panel issue. I will be back.

Yesterday was my first visit to Babbitt. I was very satisfied with the service, time required, pricing and friendly customer service from Kameron in N. Tempe.

All I can say is please go to Babbitt Motor Werks for all your BMW needs once it’s out of warranty. I purchased a 2011 Used 328i almost three years ago. I have never regretted my decision to have them inspect and provide cost conscious quality service on my vehicle. Cameron is a total asset to this company as he is the first person you’ll typically meet upon a call or appointment. Cameron is extremely honest, professional and courteous. I have to also give a big shoutout to the mechanics! Without these guys I wouldn’t have a long lasting vehicle. After each service appointment they return my vehicle fully washed. Honesty, Integrity, Cost Conscious and Value should be apart of Babbitt Motor Werks Mission Statement!!!!
