Zac and crew at Babbitt Motor Werks are the only mechanics that will ever touch my BMWs! Zac literally built my 135i with all the bolt-on and tuning modifications. They are specialists in being a factory trained repair center, but they can help you with modifications to your BMW as well. If you have questions about various modifications they'll give you their experienced answers, and will not just give you an answer according to a review. I feel extremely blessed that I have found an extremely honest, fairly priced, and factory trained BMW specialists that perform absolute immaculate work on your BMW/Mini. Danny is a fantastic shop manager and was nice enough to allow me to pick the brain of Zac concerning N54 modifications, what problems they have, and recommended maintenance to keep my 135i running perfectly. And, because of the expertise of Zac's work, my BMW 135i is running like a perfectly tuned machine! I also especially appreciate Zac's patience in answering all of my various questions. Again, no one except for Babbitt Motor Werks will ever perform service, maintenance, and repairs on my BMW. Brought my car in once again and Zac worked his magic installing my Koni struts and Eibach springs, new wheels and tires, plus an alignment. Zac also told me about recommended maintenance now and in the future. I'm very thankful that I have a go to guy who is knowledgeable (he's a genius) and extremely honest for all my BMW needs! I continue to be impressed with this company. My engine light went on so I brought my car into Babbitt. They hooked up their scanner and read the codes and determined that it was a thermostat issue. Better yet, they told me that BMW had extended the warranty on that part to 10 years and would replace it for free but I had to take it into a BMW service shop. Once again, they had the opportunity to take advantage of me but did the right thing.

We were apprehensive about a non-dealer repair shop, but our first visit to Babbitt was a very pleasant experience. Danny made us feel welcome, and he is technically knowledgeable. We know we saved $$ and got an honest appraisal of what servicing was necessary. We will be back!
