Jennifer from the get go provided me with outstanding customer service. Being an out of state buyer (CA), I needed some independent yet professional analysis on a BMW Z3 I was interested in. After the PPI, the inspection results showed that the car needed almost $4k in repairs despite it's pristine condition.
