My wife and I brought in her 2002 325ci into the North Scottsdale location. We needed a replacement battery but we had a schedule issue. Despite being short staffed, Danny made accommodations and squeezed us in. We appreciated Danny’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra step to help us out on little or no notice. He made our problem his and took care of us, this is why Babbitt Motor Werks is our go-to service shop for the BMW!

Nothing short of excellent! Danny makes you feel heard and strives to make taking your car in for repairs is not gonna as scary as taking it to a dealership where it’s doomsday every time! I feel comfortable bringing my car here and that honest and fair people to deal with.
