I received the BEST service I’ve ever gotten at a mechanical shop. I was extremely fed up with getting mediocre service at my local BMW dealership. This location blew my expectations out of the water. The whole team was extremely professional and personable. I am officially a costumer for life after my experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. As soon as I pulled up my car went straight into a bay and technicians started assessing my cars problems right away. No waiting around for days on end like I was so used to in the past with other shops. My car was in and out of the shop in less then a day. Cameron and Drey especially made my experience as painless as possible.

These guys really know what they're doing! I appreciate the thorough analysis prior to doing any work to make sure they really know what the problems are (my cars never have a single issue...). They give options and earnestly try to save me money. Their communication is great as they keep me posted throughout so I know what's going on and have a good idea of when the work will be done.
