I have a 2011 BMW 328i and was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks by a friend. I called to schedule appointment and was greeted on the phone with a wonderful young lady who answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment. Arrived with my car and was nervous to hear what she needed, however Brad was great, called me when he said he would, found my issues and resolved them, also advised me of other issues. They repaired the issue I took her in for and even gave her a bath!!! Service was amazing, honest and well performed. I will be taking her back next week (hopefully) to get a few more repairs done. Very glad to have found them and I have already given out their info to other BMW owners I know. A good mechanic is hard to find and word of mouth is the best way. Call these guys!!! They are AMAZING!!!

We always take our BMW to this shop for repairs, oil changes etc. They have always been honest with us on the work and pricing. A plus is the courteous staff... Always a happy greeting hello when i walk in.

I saw a “check engine soon” in yellow on my dashboard. I called Brad and left a message. He called me back and said I could bring my car to Babbitt that morning. I did, the car was repaired, and I was on my way back home at 10:30. Excellent response and repair. I can always rely on them!👌🏽👏🏼

Babbitt is honestly the only place you should consider if you need work on your BMW. I have been going there for seven years and the staff has always been honest, fair, knowledgable, and fantastic at what they do. They are taking the necessary safety precautions during these difficult Corona Virus times and always put the needs of their customers first. Do not go to the dealership, go to BABBITT!
