They have always taken the time to diagnose the problem and fix it. They even wash her when they're done with her. I would recommend the scottsdale shop to a friend or a family member. My old mechanic who doesn't do BMW, refers his customers to Babbit if they own BMW. These cars are notoriously expensive to fix and maintain in general so keep that in mind before buying, but if you have the money then i wouldn't take it anywhere else. This shop is less expensive than the dealer if you are out of warranty and the techs all come from BMW. I had a gas leak in one of the sending units under the back seat which was diagnosed while I had her in for something unrelated. The tech working on her smelled gas and took the time to find the issue. It was repaired and no problems since. I like that they do an inspection of the car no matter what you bring it in for. They look under the hood and the car and hook up the code reader to see if anything else is going on. Peace of mind is worth every penny.

Kameron and the team at the Tempe (Scottsdale Road Location) helped do a substantial amount of work on my 330i. They were helpful, honest and prioritized feedback and list of what repairs needed to be done, and ended up giving me a reduced cost on the labor because of the volume of work done. Didn't have to itemize and reduce labor costs for me, but they did, even down to taking off $1.85 charge for wiper blades when the ones I had they told me were fine and didn't need replacing as part of the service. I've been bringing my wife's 2004 Mini to Babbitt for several years. Back before BMW issued a recall for an electrical problem effecting the car's drivability, they figured it out and corrected it months before the actual recall was issued. I wouldn't trust her car to anyone else

Cam and everyone over at Babbit Motor Werks is by far the best in the valley when it comes to BMW maintenance. They always do a thorough job at fixing my car and at a great price! Being that I'm a woman and don't know much about cars, it's great to have a place I can consistently trust. I highly suggest Babbit if you have a BMW and are looking for affordable, but high quality service!
