Babbitt Scottsdale has been exceptional with regards to its professional personnel, service, and my overall experience. If you are a BMW owner, either a regular owner or an enthusiast, I would strongly recommend consulting with Babbitt with all your immediate and long term service needs. Most of all automotive service transactions involve only an interaction with one individual and your experience is based primarily on that one on one relationship. I have had the privilege of meeting several of Babbitt's experienced team and each and every member has provided a consistent commitment to customer service excellence. I want my BMW service professional to treat my BMW like it was their own. This has been proven time and time again with quality diagnostic and mechanical quality that shows pride in not only working on a BMW, but as if they were working on their own car. BMW's need care and I have not seen any other repair facility that holds a torch to Babbitt!
