I love Babbitt Motor Werks. I take my 1993 525I to the Scottsdale location. Cameron and crew are always so great to work with. I've never met more honest mechanics who care about me as a client and who take amazing care of my car. I highly recommend them to everyone. I am so glad that I found these guys and will always trust them to take care of any BMW's I ever own.

I found Babbitt after my mechanic moved to a dealership that I was not impressed with. I only take my MINI to mechanics that have a lot of experience with MINIs, and i was so impressed with Babbitt! I am a little ignorant when it comes to cars, and I hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Kameron was so personable and explained everything in detail. He did not push any repairs on me and was very honest and accurate with what my MINI needed. They even fixed a few small cosmetic things for free when the dealership wanted to charge me over $500. I was so impressed with the personal customer service and the high quality work. I will definitely be bringing my MINI into Babbitt from now on. So glad I found them!

Excellent customer service! You took the time to explain everything in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. You also went the extra mile to fix little things for free that you could have ignored or charged me for. I feel like I can trust you to take good care of my vehicle and you won't take advantage of me as the customer. I will definitely be coming back :)

I am always happy with the service at Babbit BMW. I trust what they tell me, they always have the car ready when scheduled, and I get to pick up a totally washed and cleaned car.

Last week my brake light came on and I scheduled my appointment online for my 2013 BMW X5 and received an email confirmation for 11/8. Walking in to drop my car off, I was immediately greeted by Cameron. Super nice and extremely knowledgeable.
