Babbitt Motor Werks has always treated me well. I have had a couple of BMW's that Babbitt has worked on and they always do the job right and at a fair price. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 2nd time bringing my 2007 335i into Babbit. I've really been impressed with the work so far. This time my water pump died and I had to get towed to Babbit. The owners manual described the indicator light as a "transmission temperature warning". When I brought the car in Brad noted that they commonly see this as a manifestation of water pump going out. Later I got a call from Brad confirming the diagnosis and an email with detailed estimate. He also noted, that during their diagnosis, several of my radiator hoses and overflow tank were aged and brittle. Being skeptical, I asked Brad for photos of the equipment and sure enough they didn't look long for this world, he texted the photos within 5 minutes along with detailed estimate. The job was done on time and on budget.... good to find such transparency and communication in a BMW repair shop!! - Steve

I can't say I enjoy taking my car to the shop because that usually means I'm spending money but I will say the service and quality of work I get from Babbit Motors each and every time makes it bearable. The entire team at Babbitt is incredible. They are upfront, honest, and will only do what is necessary, rather than unnecessary and a way to inflate revenue, when working on your vehicle. Having just done a huge engine job, we originally discussed how long I could wait, the repercussions if I did, and what it would cost, along with any other small mechanical issues which could be handled at the same time, instead of later, costing 3-4 times more. I am so thankful that I found them after I moved here two years ago and needed work done on my vehicle. Knowing what I know now, I would ALWAYS take my BMW here first, before a dealer. If you're skeptical, take it to a dealer first, get your estimate and timeline, then take it here and see how much faster and cost effective this team can be without sacrificing quality. Without question the best BMW maintenance and service I’ve ever experienced. After obtaining a quote from the Dealer, I called Babbit Motor Werks and spoke with Kameron. I provided him the maintenance codes from the dealer quote. I was so shocked at the difference in price that I had to ask him twice. Kameron saved me $2700. While waiting for my ride to show Kameron and I spoke with each other for an hour. My conclusion is that they are the Premier Standard for honesty, accuracy and proficiency in BMW Repair and Service in the entire valley. I will be a repeat customer for scheduled maintenance actions or any problem I may encounter. So should you.

I called, made an appointment, and they took me on time, and did the work in the time they said. Good people.
