They are easily the best independent shop I have used, and always deliver top notch customer service. I never wright reviews, but I love working with Babbit Tempe when the need arises.

I found Babbitt after my mechanic moved to a dealership that I was not impressed with. I only take my MINI to mechanics that have a lot of experience with MINIs, and i was so impressed with Babbitt! I am a little ignorant when it comes to cars, and I hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Kameron was so personable and explained everything in detail. He did not push any repairs on me and was very honest and accurate with what my MINI needed. They even fixed a few small cosmetic things for free when the dealership wanted to charge me over $500. I was so impressed with the personal customer service and the high quality work. I will definitely be bringing my MINI into Babbitt from now on. So glad I found them!

Excellent customer service! You took the time to explain everything in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. You also went the extra mile to fix little things for free that you could have ignored or charged me for. I feel like I can trust you to take good care of my vehicle and you won't take advantage of me as the customer. I will definitely be coming back :)

I am always happy with the service at Babbit BMW. I trust what they tell me, they always have the car ready when scheduled, and I get to pick up a totally washed and cleaned car.

Last week my brake light came on and I scheduled my appointment online for my 2013 BMW X5 and received an email confirmation for 11/8. Walking in to drop my car off, I was immediately greeted by Cameron. Super nice and extremely knowledgeable. My car was ready the same day and prior to them starting any work, I received a phone-reviewing everything. On top of having fantastic service, my car was washed too. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Babbitt Motor Werks has always treated me well. I have had a couple of BMW's that Babbitt has worked on and they always do the job right and at a fair price. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 2nd time bringing my 2007 335i into Babbit. I've really been impressed with the work so far. This time my water pump died and I had to get towed to Babbit. The owners manual described the indicator light as a "transmission temperature warning". When I brought the car in Brad noted that they commonly see this as a manifestation of water pump going out. Later I got a call from Brad confirming the diagnosis and an email with detailed estimate. He also noted, that during their diagnosis, several of my radiator hoses and overflow tank were aged and brittle. Being skeptical, I asked Brad for photos of the equipment and sure enough they didn't look long for this world, he texted the photos within 5 minutes along with detailed estimate. The job was done on time and on budget.... good to find such transparency and communication in a BMW repair shop!! - Steve
