Three times in a row I have to give "5 Stars" to the Babbitt Team in Tempe. The quality of maintenance is superb and very extensive. If you own a BMW you would be making a big expensive mistake by taking your BMW anywhere except Babbitt. They've saved me over $2500 in repair costs when compared to the Dealer. A BMW is a big investment and people are hesitate to spend the money because they hear of outrageous repair costs, however that isn't true if you take it to Babbitt. Hats off and salute to the entire Babbitt BMW maintenance Team!

These guys are honest. I've been here two times and they've been straight forward. They priced pretty competively as I've shopped around before committing to my first repair. This company gained more of my respect as they don't sit around trying to pull scare tactics on you. In other words, you don't have to worry about going in to get your breaks changed and then worry about them coming back with 5 other different issues. They will make suggestions though and leave the decision up to you. Brad and his team are first class.

Assistant Tech with a clean driving record wanting to assist in a BMW repair shop. Hard working, positive attitude, and can work at a quick pace. We are looking for a technician that has a minimum of 2 years job experience.
As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
