I took my E36 to Babbit to replace my water pump, and these guys are amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful that they worked to fit me into their schedule on such short notice because I had to drive to California the next day! They had no problem fulfilling some special requests I had including the type of part I wanted, and I consider it a plus that they only use genuine BMW parts. Hey, they even wash your car when they are done.

I have had both routine maintenance and unexpected repair at Babbitt a total of 3 times, and, I am a big fan. The prices are better than Chapman and the service is extremely fast. It can be tough to swallow the cost of bmw repair, but Babbitt has a good shop. I was happy to find out that the parts and service come with a 2 year warranty too. As a side note - the guy at the front desk has a fun attitude and has looked out for me.

I have a 2006 x5, which began having trouble when the self leveling module went out. After it had been to 3 different shops, totaling over 2 months of unsuccessful diagnosis and repair attempts, I took the car to Babbitt. The staff is great! After talking to Eric and handing over the keys, my car was diagnosed and repaired just like that! During which time, Eric made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me informed of the progress. After visiting the shop, my BMW is happy, healthy and running stronger than ever! Awesome to have a local mechanic that you know you can trust and always get a fair estimate/quote/price. You need not fear getting played or ripped off. They know their stuff. Very honest and upfront service behind the counter.

Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I take my BMWs. The owners, Nathan and Jen, are smart, hard-working people who take great care of me and my cars. They are very competent, providing the best parts and service while always trying to accommodate my schedule by giving me a ride or arranging for a rental. Is give Babbitt Motor Werks 6 stars if I could and I refer all my friends to them as well.

I have been very impressed with Babbitt Motor Werks. I have a 2012 BMW 3 series and I also have a BMW 2002 540i. I've taken both cars to the Scottsdale shop and to the Tempe shop off Kyrene for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc) and for some more detailed work on my engine. Both shops have been great. The service manager, Brad, at the Tempe shop is especially fantastic. He is pleasant and professional and gave me realistic pricing and repair time/scheduling options. I've compared the prices I was quoted from Babbitt Motor Werks to local BMW dealership prices and have found Babbitts to have the best prices and turnaround times. I will continue taking my cars to them and highly recommend them to everyone else, too!
