These guys are awesome, they were able to take care of my oil change with out an appointment, and hit me out of there within a few minutes and took the time to inspect my vehicle and take care of some real light bulbs, and give me an inside on future maintenance I'll be needing! I love this shop! Love it! I discovered them years ago when I got a quote from BMW of North Scottsdale and wanted a second quote. Babbit's price fr the same work was literally half that of the dealership! Babbit saved me $900! Great service, bargain prices for this part of the country. Don't be a dummy by going to a dealership for repairs or service. This week I brought a used BMW to Babbit to have them provide a objective evaluation of it. I am so glad I did. The Carfax reports of the car said it had not been in an accident but they found evidence that it had been in multiple accidents. They found all sorts of issues in the car I'm so glad I brought it there it was well worth the hundred dollars they charge for the service. Had I not brought it to them, I would've been stuck with at least $4000 worth of repair bills for the car. I totally trust these guys! Eric was great.

Came in for a brake light fix, which was done cost effectively and fast. They also did a one over on my car and noticed a potential bigger problem, which will need to be monitored over the next couple of months and they were able to give me an estimate for that repair which is much appreciated!

Awesome shop without a doubt, friendly and very informative. I drove 40 minutes because of all of the positive reviews, and I'm happy I did. Thank you Jennifer and Jeff, and a special thank you too the mechanic who did the work. I didn't catch his name but he went out of his way to answer questions for me.

My first experience with Babbitt was having my 2000 528 wagon towed in over the weekend with out-of-state plates, a situation that would worry anyone. Babbitt called me first thing in the morning on Monday with a plan for diagnosing the electrical problems. Later in the morning, they called with a clear, reasonable estimate outlining the required and recommended repairs. The work was completed quickly and the car was returned to me washed and clean. The bill detailed every item performed breaking out labor and materials. In 20 years of driving BMWs, this is probably the best shop I have used - including the dealer network.

The most honest and informative auto shop I have ever dealt with. Babbitt explained all findings, possible eventualities and their estimate came in right in the final dollar amount. I am convinced I will never need to go to another shop again. Thanks Babbitt Motor Werks!

2008: Quality work. Hard to find a repair shop you can trust and this is one of the best. If you have a BMW, this is the place to go for repair and service. UPDATE: 2015. Still feel the same way.......this is the place I trust to work on my '92 325iC.
