It’s been 3 years+ that I’ve brought my 2011 135i to Babbitt and team. Almost like clockwork, once a year (sometimes twice or more, if my car is angry at me) I bring it in for routine maintenance and from time-to-time more extensive work. I’ve had all sorts of experiences at Babbitt that always end really well. So I keep coming back. Once my car started acting up a few days after service; they immediately drove out to meet me on the side of the road, took me home and picked up my car. Another time they washed my car after a repair (thank you!) and someone bumped my rear bumper in the car wash… I wouldn’t have noticed, but they replaced and painted the bumper cover at no cost to me. These may seem like unsatisfactory experiences, but my point is that they own it and make it right, every time. The hourly rates are fair, the workmanship and customer service is top-notch. I’ll be going to Babbitt for years to come.
