asked them to perform simple service, they didn't perform asked service and still charged me, and their front desk person was very unfriendly

Our 2012 BMW 328I has had air conditioning problems for a long time. Several other BMW and other companies wanted twice the amount to fix the problem than Babbitt Motor Works. The have always proven to be the "go to" company for our car care!

Babbit has always done a great job on my BMW. My car was running very rough when I brought in including a major oil leak. They diagnosed the problem and took care of everything at a reasonable cost. Jenn the owner is very nice to work with. She is knowledgeable and straightforward explaining the issues and the solutions. My car is running very smooth now with no issues. Good service Got my car back on the road. Plus if you use your credit card, they don’t charge a fee like I got my truck fixed elsewhere the same week and charge me 3% fee, which is a big turn off Very good customer service as well. Highly recommend.
