Very friendly and knowledgeable! I came to them with a list of concerns that I'd noticed and they not only made me feel listened to, but they kept me in the loop as they diagnosed the issues. Car runs like a dream after the repairs, and I can't thank them enough 🙌

I highly recommend Babbitt Motor Werks! I usually go to the BMW North Scottsdale dealership for service, but I noticed every time I went to BMW they would suggest more and more things that weren’t necessary, and they were extremely overpriced (per usual). I called Babbitt and spoke with Jennifer about BMW’s findings. She is super knowledgeable and honest. Babbitt is reasonably priced, they communicate clearly and often, and are the business I will be bringing my X5 to from now on. With vehicle stuff I find it so important to find a spot that you trust. That’s Babbitt for me from now on. Thank you!
