Finally found a car repair service I can trust. Danny Flynn was GREAT. He offered immediate service & correction for the problem. The pricing is great & much cheaper than the Mini dealership. As a woman it is hard to feel like you are not getting ripped off but, that was not the case for me. I will continue to use them for future maintenance & repairs. I am GRATEFUL to Babbitt & Danny.😀😀😀😀😀

My experience at Babbit was fantastic. The front desk/office was knowledgeable, helpful and fixed my issue quickly. When they found an additional (important) item that needed to be replaced they provided a quote on the spot. I’m so impressed. I’ll be back.

The team at Babbitt Motor Werks always delivers top-notch customer service. I got new Tire Pressure sensors from Discount Tire and the sensors would not reset. Stopped by Babbitt at 12noon to see if they could reset them (thinking this would only take 15-20 mins). Cameron said lunch is 12n-1p and no one was available. I told him I would come back Thursday (didn't have a lot of time this week). Cameron said "hold-on" he took my car and did the test during his lunch break. He told me one of the sensors was faulty and to have Discount Tire replace it, if that didn't work, then I would have to go to a dealer. With these expensive European cars, it's great to have a local auto-service you can trust. I've taken all my BMW's (5) to Babbitt Motor Werks and they continue to set the raise their customer service levels.
