The entire team was great. I brought it in and had it diagnosed in 10 minutes. They price in comparison to Bmw was amazing and Was also cheaper than a couple other places I called. The entire staff was very affable and fixed my car up in less than 24 hours. Hopefully I see them very little because it means my car is broken, but next time I need Repair I am definitely going to them

Very customer oriented and responsive to my questions. They diagnosed the issue with my Mini Cooper and while it wasn't a simple fix, they took the time to get to the root problem and repaired the cause not the symptom. Highly recommend Babbitt if you have a Mini or BMW.

I have never been a fan of visiting mechanics - only because I have never really had a good experience. UNTIL NOW. Danny over at the North Scottsdale office was an incredible person, easy to talk to and I could tell he really had my best interest at heart. I live in Vancouver, Washington and was looking at a 2018 BMW X5 to purchase in the Phoenix area. Via the Internet, I did my research and chose Babbitt to perform a pre-purchase inspection. I was dependent on the expertise at Babbitt to provide a thorough and comprehensive PPI on the X5. Throughout the process, both Jen and Cameron were available for consultation. The PPI Report that came back provided clarity and fairness to myself and the seller. I’m very particular on the vehicles that I purchase, so safe to say the vehicle may be out of state. I bought a used 2013 BMW 528i with 155,000 miles that needed repairs and maintenance. I used my buddy's ASE-certified shop for an inspection quote to find all needed repairs and maintenance. I didn't like the shop, the quote, the owner, the staff, or the mechanics. I felt they had way too many red flags: too much vague work, too much upselling, total fluid flushing, and double labor. So, I took the quote, did my research, and looked for a second opinion and a few shops to check the quote and shop around to find the best certified shop. I called this location on 8/21/26 to get a second opinion and quote. Jennifer Babbit answered the phone (yes, she owns all 3 shops and actually works at her shops and knows her business as a professional with 23 years of premium services). She was friendly, welcoming, and took her time to listen and communicate with me. She was professional, answered my questions, and passed. I loved the pre-quote I received and almost said, "When can I stop in?" but had a few more calls to make. She didn't mind, so I said, "I will be in touch, but I'm probably going to call you back." (Boy, was I right, and I did!) On 8/24/26, I called the last 2 shops on my list; they were very disappointing. So, I emailed Jennifer and said, "I have made my decision, and Babbit Motor Werks is my new BMW service and mechanic. When can I get in?" Jennifer set me an appointment at this location on 8/25/26 with her amazing and very wonderful general manager, Brad. He is the absolute best—very easygoing, friendly, and happy. He made it feel very easy and communicates clearly and with full transparency. He will listen and answer all questions. I told Brad, "No rush, take your time." He told me, "We don't rush, but our lead tech will be working on it, and we should have it ready by 8/26/26." I was impressed—premium quality service, better than the dealership, and at the absolute best price in town. No wonder Babbit Motor Werks has 5 stars across 3 shops with over 2,400 total reviews. I told Brad at pick-up, "When I buy a new BMW, I will only bring it to Babbit Motor Werks for everything. I'm not wasting money at the dealership." Absolutely fabulous work, service, and experience. Great service and prices. They didn't charge full labor hours for repairs that already involved some of the work of the main repairs. My best friend owns an auto repair company, and I still go to Babbitt.
