Great shop, I've been going to them for years over the course of owning three different cars. They've always done quality work and been very helpful in answering questions, even regarding service items I intend to handle myself.

GREAT FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!. Jeff, the technician was very thorough and detailed in his diagnostic testing and checked my tires. Jen explained the work needed overall and what I needed to repair immediately. Although they don’t sell tires, since I informed her that I had planned to drive to California on the weekend, she advised me that my tires were worn inside and out and recommended that I not drive to California until my tires were replaced. I took her advice and when I asked my son to tell me the size as I forgot, he took a picture of one of the tires and I saw where it was severely damaged. It looked like a chunk was cut out of it. I remember hitting a pothole months earlier that I knew cause the damage to the tire and rim. Her advice may well have kept me from being stranded in the desert or worst. Makes me feel like family. And, their prices were reasonable in comparison with other shops that were recommended. Thanks

Best BMW repair shop in East Valley. They keep my M3 running well. The old S65 is still running strong after 165k miles.

Babbitt is my go-to repair for my aging X5. They are less expensive than the dealer and always diagnose and repair promptly and correctly,. Brad at Tempe is always easy to work with and knowledgeable.

Danny was very knowledgeable explained the differences in products. Did not try to up sell me and gave me a same day oil change. I will be coming back here for all my bmw inquiries
