Babbitt Motor Werks did what the dealer couldn't do in the same time frame. Diagnostics at the dealer took a week, Babbitt Motor Werks fixed the car in a week for a lot less. Very honest and was kept updated on progress. Will continue to use them in the future.

The service is great, but Danny is why I go there. Moved from scottsdale to gilbert and will still make the trip to see Danny any time something goes wrong. Best BMW shop hands down.
