It’s been 3 years+ that I’ve brought my 2011 135i to Babbitt and team. Almost like clockwork, once a year (sometimes twice or more, if my car is angry at me) I bring it in for routine maintenance and from time-to-time more extensive work. I’ve had all sorts of experiences at Babbitt that always end really well. So I keep coming back. Once my car started acting up a few days after service; they immediately drove out to meet me on the side of the road, took me home and picked up my car. Another time they washed my car after a repair (thank you!) and someone bumped my rear bumper in the car wash… I wouldn’t have noticed, but they replaced and painted the bumper cover at no cost to me. These may seem like unsatisfactory experiences, but my point is that they own it and make it right, every time. The hourly rates are fair, the workmanship and customer service is top-notch. I’ll be going to Babbitt for years to come.

We had a Dinan Valved Axle-back Exhaust installed on our BMW 330i. Kameron and his team provided excellent service and in very timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. This is a great place to get BMWs serviced and upgraded Thanks again

Very honest and professional. One of the items I brought my vehicle in to get fixed was something that was covered under warranty. I had no idea it was a warranty item and they could have fixed it and got paid. I would have never known. They did the right thing and educated me on the warranty and to take it to the dealership.

asked them to perform simple service, they didn't perform asked service and still charged me, and their front desk person was very unfriendly

Dealt with Jen in Scottsdale on a pre-purchase inspection on a 2010 Mini Cooper! They were AMAZING! The amount of detail in what they did and found was the best I have ever found! I can not recommend them highly enough!!

Our 2012 BMW 328I has had air conditioning problems for a long time. Several other BMW and other companies wanted twice the amount to fix the problem than Babbitt Motor Works. The have always proven to be the "go to" company for our car care!

Babbit has always done a great job on my BMW. My car was running very rough when I brought in including a major oil leak. They diagnosed the problem and took care of everything at a reasonable cost. Jenn the owner is very nice to work with. She is knowledgeable and straightforward explaining the issues and the solutions. My car is running very smooth now with no issues.
