I am truly happy with the service from beginning, speaking with the lovely front desk lady to end, to getting my car back from Mr. Babbitt himself. Everyone was so welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. A different experience from Chapman BMW on camelback that kept trying to sell me on other things my car really didn’t need. At Babbitt let me know exactly what needed to be fixed for a fare price. My car feels so smooth after getting it fixed from their mechanic, which I appreciate you so much. I had a great first time experience and look forward to bringing my car back for future car upkeeps/ maintenance issues.
