I've been coming to Babbitt Motor Werks in Scottsdale for a number of years for my 328i. They have always done a professional job. Recently, I ran over a large hunk of concrete that fell off of a truck that was in front of me. It did significant damage under my car (oil pan, transmission pan, mounts, steering parts, etc). Babbitt (Danny) worked with my insurance company by supplying pictures and a repair estimate. Danny kept me appraised throughout the process and the car was repaired and ready to be picked up just over a day after receiving the OK from the insurance company. Yes, I can probably save a few dollars going to chain shops for things like oil changes but I know Babbitt will do a comprehensive review of my entire car and that is worth the extra money to me.
