Jennifer from the get go provided me with outstanding customer service. Being an out of state buyer (CA), I needed some independent yet professional analysis on a BMW Z3 I was interested in. After the PPI, the inspection results showed that the car needed almost $4k in repairs despite it's pristine condition. After that, I asked them to give me some estimates for repairs on other cars I was checking and Jennifer got back to me immediately with very reasonable labor and parts costs. I recommend them!!

Our 2019 X5 is out of warranty and we were quoted by the dealer that we needed to replace our worn out thruster rod bushings which required to replace the left and right control arms. Dealers price was very expensive but Babbits quoted us almost half the charge. If your BMW is out of warranty or if a wear part is not covered under warranty, would highly recommend Babbits. They do excellent work and their staff including Jen and Kamaron Babbit are knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly.
