American guys doing German efficiency with competence, cheer, and precision. A great experience. No complimentary Strudel though. Maybe add some complimentary strudel and a sliced bratwurst tray with saur kraut and Bavarian pickles. If there was an OKTOBERFEST party constantly happening at reception, then you could wait for your car while enjoying life. I’ve lived in Arizona for a year now and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Since I’ve been here I’ve had lots of different issues with my car as it is an older car that has needed a lot of maintenance in the last year and I can always rely on these guys to take care of me. They are very honest and great at explaining what the problem is for someone who doesn’t speak “car language”. They are always very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone with a BMW who wants honest, well trained mechanics working on your vehicle.
