This is the second time I’ve had my car worked on and I’ll be back for round three. Wonderful customer service, with an above and beyond kind and helpful team that assisted in having my cars needs met. Online scheduling of appointment was easy for a simple oil change and general vehicle checkup. Service Manager Danny Flynn was there to confirm services requested and make sure nothing else was required. I waited while my 2015 X5 was serviced; the oil change only took 30 minutes. Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I will bring my BMW in for servicing because of the professional customer service, honesty, and quality of work performed. Thanks Danny and the entire team for taking good care of my BMW.

Awesome Customer Service!! Dropped off my BMW X3 first thing in morning with repairs needed per other auto repair shop. Babbitt Motor Werks came in lower with a high quality of work from a certified BMW technician. Always honest and upfront with detailed explanation of work to be completed. Make sure to see Danny. I have been using Babbit for a few years. They never disappoint. They are always quick and reasonable. Quality work and great customer service. Danny is always friendly on the phone. They are always my first choice. It's a little far for me to drive, but well worth it. Highly recommend!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been taking my 2008 535i to the Babbitt team since 2019. They were recommended to me by a colleague at work and I've never regretted the decision to go there. Everyone has always been great, informative about the work done, and very fairly priced. Danny has terrific customer service skills and makes car repair news easier to swallow. If not for Babbitt Motor Works, I'm not sure sure I'd consider buying another BMW.
