Babbitt was a recommendation from a BMW shop in the Northwest. From the time I checked in with Danny until I left, they were amazing. I had not serviced my car in over a year and had driven it to AZ from Seattle in March 2021. They did not try to oversell me, just told me what I needed to do now and what could wait until the next oil change and service. Top Notch spot

Danny is the best, he manages the operation. It was 108 degrees outside and our a/c compressor went out on our x-5. Danny got the parts and had our a/c working in no time. over the years we have had many repairs done and they are always done correctly using bmw parts. despite all this the pricing lends itself to considerable savings as compared to our bmw dealership. plus when you pick your vehicle it will be clean and ready to go. if we have any more problems, calling danny will be our first call. suggest you give them a chance, you won't regret it.

Babbitt Motor Werks is what I wish all mechanic shops were. I brought our X5 in after purchasing it as a used vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealer. We went through weeks of the dealership telling us they had done a complete check and the car passed their rigorous safety check. Within 24 hrs, we experienced issues. After weeks of dealing with that, we took the X5 to Babbitt and Danny was incredible. He diagnosed all the issues within a couple hours. Once I asked him to complete the repairs late on a Friday, I had a call Monday morning saying it was complete. Danny gave me a full breakdown of everything and told me what was crucial and what could wait. I was in full control of what was repaired, and I haven’t experienced that in a very long time. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for the quality of their service. I haven’t seen this level of service in YEARS and will definitely go back to them for any service needs on our BMW.

Danny is by far the best In Arizona. He was honest, fair and genuinely cared about my car. The car was taken to him because the local dealership failed significantly in properly repairing my vehicle. I only wish I had found Danny sooner.
