Had my car towed to Babbitt after I blew a radiator hose on my 435i. My first time using their shop was great! They were able to fix my car for cheaper than I thought and provided some great insights. I’ll be using them again for my vehicle maintenance.

Excellent service, I've had a pre inspection service completed and was very detailed, I normally use their Scottsdale Location, I did visit the Tempe location for an alignment after purchasing new tires and it was a flawless / painless visit. Just recently the battery finally died on me (they did warn me at time of inspection it was on it's last leg), they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with a new battery, programmed and ready to go. I referred a friend to them who had bad experiences with other independent shops and he was very pleased with the service and plans to keep them as his main service facility for his 540i. I will not take my BMW's anywhere else.
