I am from California, and requested Proper Performance Motors to do a PPI before purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. After Proper Performance got in contact with Babbit Motor Werks , they got the PPI done in less than 2 hours! Even on their busy schedule, they were super fast, and easy to talk to.
