I was referred to Babbitt by a friend and was very happy with my experience there. My car needed a service which was completed promptly, during the service they called to discuss a couple of issues that they found, and so I had the repairs done at that time too. My bill was very reasonable for the work I had done and Danny at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We moved to Scottsdale a year and half ago and I did not care for the dealership here in Scottsdale so I have found my place to take care of my car!

Babbitt Motor Werks took the time to thoroughly diagnose an issue with my 2003 BMW M3 that three other shops had looked at and suggested a $2,500 to $3,000 replacement or rebuild of the Vanos. Babbitt techs determined that faulty wiring was resulting in error codes and fixed the issue for a fraction of what I would have paid for a replacement or rebuilt Vanos that would have still been throwing off codes from the wiring. While doing this work they also recommended other maintenance work (it's an old car), but were not pushy about it and actually suggested that a couple of items could wait. Really appreciate the work done there.

Excellent service this is the only place that I will allow to work on my BMW. They were able to correct the bad work that was done and got my X3 running great! Amazing customer service they make you feel like family. I’m a forever customer thanks guys for all you do it’s greatly appreciated 🤗

We were fortunate to be referred to Babbitt Motor Werks for service on our BMW. A great experience and outstanding Client Service provided by Danny.

Made an appointment for 8AM and when I arrived the car was in the bay by 8AM. Diagnostics were performed and an OEM batter was installed and registered. Out the door in 30 minutes and the staff was very helpful. Even offered to wash the X3!
