everybody was very attentive and listened to my concern. I also appreciated return of my phone calls in a timely manner. I feel safe driving the car and that I have a center that I can take it to for proper service.

You can trust these guys!!! I was having electrical issues and a malfunctioning A/C when I brought my BMW in last month and expected to spend thousands. They could have charged me and I wouldn't have even known it was only a poorly installed battery and an A/C fan that was recalled and free to fix by BMW. $60 and a trip to BMW was all I had to do after being helped by these guys. Nate and his staff were fantastic with my x5. They sent out my truck to the best auto body shop and did some inspecting of my ac unit that they did not charge me for. This is a truly well run operation and it's not a surprise they now have 4 locations. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!

I had an interesting problem and called around to a couple different shops. Babbit was the only shop that was willing to take on the job. I figured I'd be out a car for a couple days and a gigantic repair bill, but they had it resolved in the same day at a very reasonable price.
