Excellent service! Friendly, courteous and personable staff! My dealings were with Danny Flynn (scheduling and questions) and "Quack" (mechanic and chauffeur). I work 5 miles from Babbitt's in Mesa. I dropped my car off at 8 am and Quack gave me a ride to work and picked me up when my car repairs were completed. Repairs were completed earlier than when I was told they would be finished and my car was washed!! Nice bonus! Wish they weren't closing the Mesa repair shop, but I will definitely be going to the one at McKellips and Scottsdale Rd. Thanks guys!! I appreciate your quality service!

Quick diagnosis and repair.

Stopped in for a oil change, asked about timing belt, hoses and brakes. I was informed that no further maintenance was necessary. I appreciate the honesty in the automotive repair business.

First time getting my BMW serviced here and it was hands down the most stress free and cheapest place I have got my car serviced at. From the day I left my car there to the I picked it up, i was updated about everything and anything that was done with my vehicle. Babbitt motor is the place to take your BWM.

I just recently moved to Arizona and took in my e39 touring as a recent diagnostic suggested the alternator was going bad along with the belt pulleys. I had an inspection at a different shop and could not be more happy to have given my business to Babbitt Motor Werks instead. I figured since they had just opened up their 4th location then they are doing something right! Nathan was able to confirm it was indeed the alternator failing just by the smell it gave while running! The turn around time was amazing as I dropped it off an hour before close and was on my way to pick it up by noon the next day at a lower price than originally quoted by the other guys. As long as I live in the area, my girlfriend and I will be taking our BMW's here.

Once again, the Team of both Danny & Jeff at the Mesa location never ceases to amaze me with their service. My check engine light came on a couple days ago so I called Danny and asked if I could come by and have Jeff plug it into the computer. He said he should have a bay available in about a hour. An hour later, i drove in, Jeff plugged it in and was able to fix the problem on the spot. He was also able to fix some trunk issues I was having while I was there. It took less than an hour and I was on my way once again. Happy. If you have a BMW, i highly recommend you only take it one of the Babbitt locations for repair. They are the BEST IN CLASS!! They have become like my local neighborhood mechanic I can trust and count on when it counts. Thank you all Babbitt family.
